This 75-minute appointment includes a gentle consultation and full preparation, followed by 60 minutes of professional, hands-on care. We conclude with a brief chat and simple tips to help you keep moving with ease throughout your daily life.
ASSISTED STRETCH
60-Minute Appointment — $80
Improve your flexibility and range of motion with a guided stretching session. This 60-minute visit includes a brief initial consultation, gentle preparation, and 45 minutes of hands-on, professional stretching. We conclude with helpful tips to keep you moving comfortably in your daily life.
COMPLETE MASSAGE + STRETCH
90-Minute Appointment — $125
This all-in-one session blends therapeutic massage with assisted stretching to help you move freely. Your 90-minute visit includes a consultation, full setup for your comfort, 60 minutes of massage, 20 minutes of stretching, and helpful movement tips to use at home.
MOBILE SERVICE & TRAVEL FEES
Move Well is a mobile service, bringing your session directly to your home for comfort and convenience.
Standard service area: New Orleans and designated nearby areas. Travel within the standard service area is included in the listed service price.
Extended travel: Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area. The applicable travel fee is clearly displayed before you complete your booking.
